What is the difference between misunderstanding and a bias?

I know that misunderstanding is something people don't know and a bias is an opinion that is wrong (not right thing to do) but they seem the same to me|||Very different.

Misunderstanding is when someone thinks they understand something or know something, but they have got it wrong.

Bias is when someone has a one-sided opinion, which is unfair. If a man is given a job, even though a woman is better qualified, because the boss does not like women workers, that is bias.|||i think bias means choosing sides not partially while misunderstanding means a slight disagreement.
