How can people say that standardized tests are culturally bias when Asians score higher than whites?

I'm confused when people attack standardized tests as being bias? Are they saying they're biased towards Asians?|||Asians know how to play the game. I got to C2 Education, and that place is full of Asian. They know how to use their resources.|||they prepare better
