How do I cut fabric piping on the bias of the material to save fabric? Is it a circular pattern of some sort?

I seem to remember that there is a way to either fold the fabric or to cut in a circular pattern that gives the benefit of saving fabric and cutting the fabric on the bias. I want to cut about 15 yards to make piping for several pillows.|||You need a minimum of 1/2 yard, 1 - 1 1/2 yds. works best. Cutting on the bias, means you are cutting across the fabric diagonally.

The website below shows you how to do it.
