I signed up for competition that was open to all students. I believe that some of the judges were bias because one student had a father who did a lot for the school. Do you think that I am right or am I just envious that he won and I did not. Has this ever happened to you?|||I know what you mean, but you really can't do anything about it, especially since you have no proof.|||Schools - like anything in life - is / all dependent on the almighty dollar..
What about the families who arrive on our shores, and make a donation to the schools to have their kids enrolled within, but YET, if someone of our own "kind" tries to find space in a school which they are rightly entitled to, they get the answer that there is no more room left.. What a crock, eh..?
Money talks - but it never says when it's coming back..
But it sure does "breed contempt" when you se situations such as you encountered.
If people have toi buy success or situations, then they aren't worth a pinch of you know what...!!!..And the administrators, "higher-ups" of organizations work / operate on this basis, they should hang their damned heads in shame..
